Posisi : Invoice Control Staff
Requirement :

• 23 – 25 years old
• Minimum S1 graduate with accounting & economics major
• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
• Excelent administration (Power point and Excel )
• Have high integrity, honest and trustworthy
• Have knowledge of accounting system
• Experience in forwarding to handle AR will be advantage

Job Description :

• Create invoices and send them according to the invoice exchange schedule
• Responsible for invoices made to customers
• Coordinate with operation team, sales team and finance departments for smooth delivery and invoice generation
• Archive all documents AR
• AR journal in system
• AP journal in system
• Follow-up issue for invoices
